AGARTALA, Dec 9 (TIWN): Coming out of the CM's residence, Sports Minister Manoj Kanti Deb said that he along other MLAs, Ministers joined the meeting at CM's residence because they tried to cheer up him.

Present Status : Sources said that total 22 MLAs including CM Biplab Deb joined in a meeting today but 10 out of them were forced to join. Still 14 MLAs have directly denied to join the meeting and thus remained absent. On the other side, BJP's ally IPFT has opposed CM's decision of Astabal rally on 13th December and BJP High Command has ordered Biplab Deb to cancel his rally programme. The rebelling MLAs have demanded to change Biplab Deb as CM or they will bring no trust motion in the Assembly.
