AGARTALA, Dec 8 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers in Tripura have been struggling for their livelihood, started an indefinite period of protest from yesterday. But after whole day's protest when no Govt representative visited their agitation spot, teachers continued their protests in night hours, spending whole night under open sky amid heavy cold and extreme weather, the teachers continued their protests on the heart of Agartala city. Few of them received flu, cold due to their whole night struggles in uncomfortable situations. Known as the backbone of the society, the teachers turned victims of Vote Bank politics of the BJP who were promised by BJP national leaders, via Vision Document about a 'secure' future once BJP is voted to power but Govt has taken a 360 degree turn from its given promise to the teachers.
