AGARTALA, Nov 24 (TIWN): When ADC Election is nearing, Tripura BJP's infighting has gone on its peak, MLAs are blueprinting to bring 'No Trust Motion' in the Assembly. On the one side, Tripura's Law and Order under CM Biplab Deb is at worst and also the Health Dept under Biplab Deb left paralyzed and corrupt, but on the other side, the party infighting has gone at its top of the hierarchy affecting the party from top to bottom under a crisis. The infighting in BJP started from the very beginning of BJP was in power and grassroot layers workers often met in bloody clashes and BJP vs. BJP turned common news in Tripura media, although Central BJP did not interfere but now the infighting has gone at the top layers and 28 MLAs out of 36 are against CM Biplab Deb, sought his removal. MLA Asish Das in interview with PB24 channel also said that the journey of loss of popularity in Tripura has not started now but it started when the party included CPI-M workers, mafias in party. MLA Asish Das said, "After election, we were asked to give the names of the CPI-M mafias but after we gave the name, they were converted into BJP. The party continued to ladder the CPI-M from the early start led its fall and now Biplab Deb's out of sense talks hammering the party everyday".
When 28 MLAs are against Biplab Deb, sought replacement of him from CM post, 18 MLAs held meeting and majority are all set to move 'no trust motion' in the Assembly, Simna constituency BJP MLA Asish Das in an interview with PB24 has openly lashed out Biplab Deb for his total failure Governance blaming him as responsible for BJP's downed popularity. Interacting with PB24 Journalist, MLA Asish Das said, "We have become a funny before the whole world due to Chief Minister Biplab Deb's slip of tongue everyday". He also mentioned about TIWN Editor Saumen Sarkar's Facebook live referring, how Biplab Deb has turned the BJP party a joke across the world.
