AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Regional Party INPT to organize protest if the BJP led State Govt is not reconsidering the beneficiaries names who have been out from the beneficiary list.
INPT has also demanded that new around 1 lakhs of beneficiaries names should be included in the list.
Reportedly, due to various paper issues and complexity of the system, many people are unable to submit their applications to get social pensions. On the other side, many poor don't have proper papers also. Managing income certificates, getting signed by officers have become a tough job. In this condition slashing of beneficiaries names from pension list has been termed as "inhuman".
INPT leader Rabindra Debbarma has asked the Govt to solve the issue at the earliest.
