AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): On a successful note, West Agartala police seized huge amount of contraband items from a house of Jaynagar. Police arrested a person named Abul Kashem. The whole operation was led by West PS OC Jayanta Karmakar.

While talking to media OC Jayanta Karmakar said, "We had information from a secret source that there is huge contraband items stocked in a house of West Jaynagar. Thus a team of West Agartala police raided the house of Abul Kashem and seized massive amount of contraband items with 10.9 gm heroin. We have arrested Abul Kashem."

The west Agartala police filed a case against the accused under NDPS act. He will be produced before Court today.
