AGARTALA, Nov 12 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb has cited Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar's example about how he was studying under lamp-post and how Rabindranath Tagore inspired to study under the natural environment after the a Govt school had sought boundary walls, infrastructure for the educational environment.

The school also requested him for lack of political science teachers, but Deb clearly told them there is no need of Political science teacher as History and Geography together make Political science.  He then claimed that till Class-10 there is no need of any subject teacher except Mathematics. 

On being asked about lack of school boundary wall, he cited how Rabindranath Tagore initiated students to study under tree and how Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar studied under lightpost. 

"I had only one teacher who gave me tuition till Class-10. He used to teach me all subjects", added Biplab Deb.
