AGARTALA, Nov 10 (TIWN): Surajit Sarkar, resident of Barjala was severely attacked by land mafias, hospitalized in serious condition.

Reportedly, the land mafias wanted to capture Surajit Sarkar's land which he declined to give. After that he was severely beaten by the land mafias. 

Against 3 persons, FIRs have been lodged. The increasing terror of mafias in Barjala has erupted massive resentment among the common men.
