AGARTALA, Nov 7 (TIWN): Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised Cancer Awareness drive at Khowai District on 07 November 2020.

The event was conducted on occasion of National Cancer Day to educate local population about cancer including the symptoms, likely causes and precautions to avoid the lethal disease.

The event was attended by 25 locals while following all COVID precautions.
