AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): Illiteracy at its best. Chief Minister Biplab Deb not only held political meeting at Civil Secretariat which runs through public taxes but has also shared it in social media.

CM was seen meeting party workers, when he has no time to meet unemployed and other suffered people of his state.

Earlier, he came in controversy for appointing IT Cell employees from handpicked BJP activists. Similarly, various incidents took place where direct political involvements were witnessed.

The recent controversy has sparked out when he met youth activists in Civil Secretariat, which on the one said reflects the undemocratic atmosphere at Secretariat and on the other side, Educational level of the Chief Minister seeks evidences.
