AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): After day-long protests, the 10323 teachers have met the Gramin Bank Manager at Radhanagar branch and placed deputation seeking immediate stopping of imposing interests on the loans they had taken.
The 10323 teachers said, the manager had accepted their deputation and assured that he will talk about their problems with the Chairman.

Talking to media, a terminated teacher has informed that they are waiting for CM's promise fulfillment about job-assurance to 10323 teachers but if he does not keep his promise, then such protests will be organized which was never seen by anybody in Tripura earlier.
The former teachers said that already they have lost a colleague, who committed suicide after he was pressurized for loans by banks amid jobless situation.
