AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): Day-long enforcement drive led by Sadar DMC Animesh Dhar made the dishonest shop-keepers sweated. After sealing liquor shops, fining 5000 for irrational onion prices, now the DCM has sealed two shops in Battala market for illegal sales of Ration shop rice items.

Explaining the reason behind the strict action taken against the shops, DCM Animesh Dhar said, "Nobody can sale ration shop rices in other shops. Ration shop rice sacks can be taken to home only but can't be brought in markets for sale. This is a very clear note we want to give all businessmen who are selling rice sacks".
