AGARTALA, Oct 26 (TIWN): On the occasion of Bijoya Dasami, like every year, this year also prices of various items have gone on peak since the early morning. Whereas muttons are available at Rs. 1,200, Chicken Rs. 600. Hilsa fish items are at Rs. 1,400. The businessmen however alleged that they are facing tremendous losses this year and sales are totally at down. But, there is no relief from high prices for the consumers although rushes of people were less this year due to COVID-19 and also fall of economy. Bijoya Dasami is the last day of Durga puja which marked the Day-4 of the festival.
