AGARTALA, Oct 9 (TIWN): Markets have remained under severe losses ahead of Durga puja in Agartala.

Even though markets have been filled with dresses and other collections, but business is dull yet in the state.

This year Durga puja to be started from October 22 and to be ended on October 19.

Durga idols are also turning costly and the demand there yet high. But after losses were faced in last festivals, businessmen are sacred about Durga Puja business, which is the most profitable occasion in this state.

Rural areas conditions are more pathetic.
