AGARTALA, Oct 3 (TIWN): CPI-M's women wing "Nari Samiti" has staged a protest against increasing crime against women across India as well in Tripura.
Referring gang-rape incidents of Uttar Pradesh, MP Jharna Das has said in Tripura also, women are not secure.
She raised fingers at the Ramnagar, Agartala where a girl was harassed by miscreants when she was going to tuition.
"Women are unable to go out of homes in day times and this is the reality of Tripura right. To raise voice against such increasing Crime against Women, we the Women's wing of the CPI-M have organized this protest rally today", she said.
