NEP 2020 is anti-student. It is corporate friendly and welcoming to the private sectors when private schools and colleges are increasing a lot in the country. It will welcome a digitalization and have plan to bring 50% students under online education. Online Education affects also the students, teachers relations, said the protestors.
“Moreover the primary sectors are handed over to the Anganwadi centre, which is not appreciable. In all classes, there will not be examinations, although Education’s quality is downing. Just to make all pass they have decided this. Also, semester system in case of higher classes like 9 to 12 is not done based on reality, without checking the infrastructure”, said SEC.
