AGARTALA, July 15 (TIWN): NCC police seized huge amount of Yaba tablets and other contraband items from a house at Bholagiri Asram area on Wednesday. Reportedly, on Wednesday morning after getting information from a secret source NCC PS's police raided in a house at Bholagiri Asram palli area. From that house they seized huge amount of Yaba tablets and other contraband items. It came to know that one of their family member named Abhi Choudhury is taking those drugs. NCC police arrested him.Huge stocks of contraband items have been seized by Police today in Agartala and one person was arrested in this case. Getting informed via secret sources, NCC PS police raided the Bholananda Palli Para and seized the contraband items.

NCC PS Officer said, "Police have found the items red-handed including Yaba tablets and one person of the family was arrested. We are hoping a big gang behind it can be detected which may help police to find out other links. There is high possibility that many more names will come out in the case". 

NCC police is suspecting a connection of drug smuggling with him. However police aren't specially sure about this. Police said that they are investigating the case and very soon they will find it out.
