AGARTALA, July 13 (TIWN): Tripura BJP Government's Diamond era, office staffs are working with one hand, holding an umbrella with other as rain water drops in from ceiling. When the law minister Ratan Lal Nath never gets tired of including how drastically Tripura has developed in last two and half years in his every speech, such pictures reveal the exact opposite scenario.
On Monday after when one journalist visited Jolaibari Electric officy under Shantirbazar Subdivision, he was shocked by seeing the pathetic condition of the electric office building. The office staffs said that it's their daily routine to hold an umbrella while working everytime when it rains outside.
When the journalist tried to talk with Senior maneger Nidhan Chandra Biswas about this matter, he said that the building is 20 years old and it needs immediate repair. He informed the higher authority but no proper reply came from there.
Such shocking picture of the government offices infrastructure leaves question on common people's mind about the rate of development in Tripura under BJP regime.
