AGARTALA, May 22 (TIWN): Tripura Education Minister Ratanlal Nath on Thursday lashed out at the previous Govts in Tripura, claiming no other Govt under previous Govts has taken such a major decision of relaxing fees of private schools which but has happened under this incumbent BJP Govt.
“This is also true that the private schools have to pay off the teachers. Even though, buses are plying or not, they have to bill off the bus drivers”, said Ratanlal Nath.
“But after all these also, we have asked the schools to relax the fees so that such emergency situations can not be burdened on the parents”, he said.
“We have fixed meetings with 42 schools and after meeting it was decided on the favour of the guardians’ demands”, Nath told media.
