Temple looted in Agartala, resentment erupted among locals

AGARTALA, April 29 (TIWN): Even Gods are not safe in this deteriorating human society and crime rates are going up in the capital city Agartala.
Reportedly, in a Shiv-Parvati Temple in Bhati Abhoynagar (Agartala) the theft incident took place. Items and cashes from cash box were looted by the unknown thieves.
The incident took place around night 3 am. An old woman who was in the temple could hear a sound but when she was rushing to the spot, the thieves had gone.
The old woman could not identify them due to her poor eyesight. Police lodged a complaints and started investigation.
This incident has erupted massive resentment among the local people there.
