AGARTALA, April 28 (TIWN): With MGNREGA works have been kicked off statewide with social distancing, Tripura’s Majlishpur MLA Sushanta Chowdhury has visited his constituency and distributed masks among the MGNREGA job card holders, making them further aware about the pandemic and its outbreak dangers.

Reportedly, total 500 workers were provided with free masks today. The MLA also advised the workers, how to work by keeping social distances.

MLA Sushanta Chowdhury had visited storm affected areas on yesterday and helped locals with financial and equipment supports.

The MLA today informed that in all panchayats of Majlishpur, MGNREGA works have been started. In coming days, more masks to be given among the people there.
