Mahibhushan Chakraborty, winning candidate of Gomati District’s 13 no ward, resident of Birganj Panchayat has got above 10,000 rupees in his account via his card number TR-02-002-002-004/16.

Interestingly, according to local people never he was seen to work as MGNREGA worker in that area but enjoying the mandays.

Several other similar reports have come in the recent times for misappropriation of MGNREGA mandays funds.
