AGARTALA, Feb 6 (TIWN): The Indigenous Nationalist Front of Tripura (INPT), after its one day state committee meeting, decided to start series of movements against the CAA and demanding Inner Line Permit (ILP).

The party has passed a set of resolutions in the meeting which includes movement against Citizenship Amendment Act, demand of ILP and more power to the ADC.

A separate committee has been also formed for ensuing ADC poll victory. Party General Secretary Jagadish Debbarma has been made the convener of the election committee.

Speaking to this reporter, Party General Secretary Jagadish Debbbarma said, “We are looking for other regional parties. Doors for dialogues are open from our part for any party which resembles with our opinion. We want a greater front to oppose forceful imposition of CAA which is against the interest of the indigenous population”.
