AGARTALA 28 Dec (TIWN): A Cycle Rally was organised by all India DSO centering their 66th Foundation Day . Starting from North Gate , the rally went round the city protesting and demanding several rights for the students.
Amidst the several demands, prime demands included “pass or fail system to be started from Class 1 itself”, “introduction of scientific syllabus being biased of any particular religion ,“ should be introduced in the state.
While addressing the media, All India DSO State secretary Mridul Kanti Sarkar appealed students of the state to follow the ideals and principles of Ishwar Chandra Bidyasagar on his 200th birth anniversary. He strongly condemned the brutal barbaric attacks of police on students, also denounced the enforcement of CAA and NRC.
