Agartala, Dec 27 (TIWN): Recruitment at general degree college going through poor conditions.Lack of teachers at degree colleges but the recruitment process are in halt.

According to the rules of education department  there must be one teacher for thirty students.There are total  22 degree college but recruitment process  are in halt. Even there is no idea from when the recruitment process will start .
 The education dept announced to recruit  282 post for assistant professor but 15 months has been crossed but no words has been kept by them.
According to the rules of department,  requirement of 1,390 teachers currently in total for 22 general college but no positive response are coming from the department.
The question arises about the role of education department.
For all this situation the students are suffering.
Presently ,Highly educated degree holders are available in the state but in the 20 months of BJP govts rule no recruitment has been made yet.
