AGARTALA, Dec 25 (TIWN): 25th Dec 2019 CPI-M Khet Majoor Union’s state secretary, Babul Bhadra passed away at the IGM Hospital at Agartala.

While coming to the Party office from his home he fell down in front of the Party office itself. From there he had been taken to the Indira Gandhi Memorial (IGM) Hospital with a vehicle of the party office. Unfortunately he lost his life on the way to the hospital. After being taken to the hospital,  doctor’s declared him as dead.

While addressing the media, CPIM Leader Bijan Dhar said,” on the age of 65 it’s very unfortunate to have lost a great leader and party worker”. He commented on the health conditions Dhar had been facing from a long time and expressed his deep sorrow and heartbreak on his death.

Former MP Sankar Prasad Dutta said, “Man are mortal, but this was not the actual time to lkeae us”. his death is a huge loss to the Communist fraternity.
