20 Retired Professors of Tripura Colleges deprive of pensions for 6 months

AGARTALA, Sec 18 (TIWN): Atleast 20 professors are not getting their pensions for last 6 months of their retirement in state Tripura.
Reportedly, on 1982, Supreme Court of India in a judgement announced that Teachers employees’ pensions are their right, it is not just help.
But, in last one year UGC pay scale holding at least 20 teachers went in retirement in Tripura but for last 6 months they are not getting their pensions and Govt is unable to fix their highest pension rate.
