AGARTALA, Oct 18 (TIWN): Tripura Home Dept led by Chief Minister Biplab Deb has taken another decision displaying intolerance after CPI-M MLA Badal Choudhury could not be traced by police.

3 PSOs were reportedly suspended this evening in failure to complete assignment under the mission of finding out Badal Choudhury.

This action came after on yesterday two top officials including DIG Arindam Nath and SP West Ajit Pratap Singh were removed and suspended.

3 constables from West Dist and Spl Branch were also suspended for dereliction of duty. Officer in Charge of West Agartala Police Station Debaprasad Roy has been placed under suspension due to his poor performance. Insp Subrata Chakraborty is new OC West PS while Insp Sidharth Kar is  new OC Amtali.
