AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): Tripura’s unemployment rate dropped from 7.75 lakhs to 2.56 lakh as 4.75 lakhs became job creators, such has been claimed by Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb recently while addressing in a Durga puja celebrational programme.

Deb slammed the previous Govt for high unemployment rate, claiming now with massive numbers of job creators created in the state in last 18 months, the unemployment problem is ended.

CM asked, whether it is not a matter of pride for the people of Tripura that unemployment rate is at down ?

Govt has focussed on Industrial development and started single-window-system for ease in business. CM recently has called investors to invest for Tripura as corporate taxes have gone down.
