AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): BJP MP Pratima Bhowmik today on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary launched a new mantra “Clean Tripura, Green Tripura, Love Tripuraâ€.
Bhowmik was addressing to state media at the MBB Airport during a programme dedicated for Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
She said, “This slogan of ‘Clean Tripura, Green Tripura, Love Tripura’, I earlier also raised and this mission will be followed now so that we can form a New Tripura”.
She praised PM Modi for his Swachh Bharat Abhiyan as a part of paying tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.
Pratima Bhowmik also thanked Agartala Airport authority for inviting her on this auspicious occasion.
She praised Airport staffs for organizing such a colourful programme on Bapu’s birth anniversary.
Bhowmik is the West Tripura MP, also the General Secretary of State BJP.
