AGARTALA, Sep 13 (TIWN): Congress leader Subal Bhowmik has informed media today via press conference that cabinet Ministers of Tripura Govt are getting Rs. 35 lakh worth Toyota Fortuner cars.

Bhowmik also informed for the Chief Minister the car is coming from the same company will worth Rs. 1.20 crores to be bullet proof.

The Congress leader disclosed the matter while reacting over Tripura BJP Govt’s claims about “Economic Crisis”.

"Poor people are dying without treatment and Ministers' luxuries have no end in this poverty gripped state", said Bhowmik hitting the BJP state govt.

Bhowmik also said, if economic crisis was existing, how Ministers’ salaries were increased ?

Tripura has 8 Ministers : CM Biplab Kumar Deb, Dy CM Jishnu Debbarma, NC Debbarma, Mebar Jamatia, Santana Chakma, Pranajit Singha Roy, Manoj Deb, Ratanlal Nath.
