AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab has donated his one month’s salary to his state’s orphanage. The donation has been confirmed by the orphanage official.

Agartala Abhoynagar located State Children Home has informed, “Chief Minister Biplab Deb actually visited the orphanage on 1st August where he celebrated his daughter’s birthday with home’s children. On that day, CM was with his wife and two children which was virally praised in social media, but on that day, CM promised to give his one month’s salary for the orphanage development and today the check has been handedover to the officials here”.

The official further added, “We found the CM is very much spiritual in nature and that’s the reason he selected this home to celebrate this day. However, with his kind donation, there will be developments in his orphanage”.
