Crime against women downed 10% : CM

AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Thursday while addressing in a programme at Agartala Press Club asserted that crime against women has declined a lot in Tripura.
He said, it is not that the crime has been reduced fully but 10% has downed.
CM also said that it will not take much time to control the total crime rate against women as Govt is working in the correct direction.
However, report says that crime against women specially rape incidents are at rise in Tripura but Police action has been satisfactory with immediate arrests.
