AGARTALA, June 23 (TIWN): Teaching job aspirants have sat in TET exam today in Tripura.

The Selection Test for Graduate Teacher (STGT) June 2Ol9 and Selection Test for Post Graduate Teacher {STPGT) June 2Ol9 has been conducted in the TET exam.

The last date to submit the online application for Tripura TET 2019 was June 20, 2019.

As per the prospectus released by the TRBT applicant should possess any of the following qualifications.

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or a one-year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one-year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05).

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and four years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. EI. Ed.)

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)*

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks (relaxed qualification as per MHRD notification, dated 04.01.2019).
