AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): In attempt of learning swimming, BSF Jawan Sheikh Saha Pasha (39) drowned in a water body.

The incident took place on the heart of Agartala city in Melarmath area’s big lake. An old woman saw him while taking bath and she said, as soon as he went in the middle, he drowned.

Fire brigade team after a search of 20 minutes found him but doctors declared him dead.

The died jawan was a resident of Andra Pradesh.
