AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 9 (TIWN): In last 1 year, 5 months due to clashes and violence led by a particular section of ruling BJP leaders, added by few politically colour-changed mafias have damaged BJP Government’s image nationally but according to BJP due to digital media, the violence of BJP eventhough was exposed but Communist regime’s 25 years violence, so many political murders are now becoming forgotten and dumped cases. Govt will re-open each file and re-investigate to give justice to the victim families. BJP Govt claimed, the investigations of criminal cases were not done properly and due to loopholes in investigation, criminals are roaming free. Govt will make sure no culprit should be spared either of this era or that era. A committee already has been formed in this regard headed by Law Minister Ratanlal Nath. After proper examinations, all culprits will be punished specially in murder cases. The panel will be headed by Law Minister Ratanlal Nath, Law Secretary Data Mohon Jamatia, Home Dept Additional Secretary Devananda Reang.

In CPI-M era murders like Papai Saha, Parthajit Choudhury, Kalpana Das (Comrade Jiten Das’s wife) remained uninvestigated. Parthajit’s family also met Chief Minister Biplab Deb in Janata Durbar, but so far the investigations remained untouched.

In this situation, many victims who urged for justice, Govt how has turned ears and formed committee to start investigations.
