AGARTALA / SABROOM, June 7 (TIWN): Tripura Power Dept Minister had to deliver a speech on yesterday amid power cut.

It has been reported when Power Minister, cum Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Barman was delivering a speech in a Govt programme at Sabroom in South Tripura District suddenly power was cut and he had to continue his speech for long without microphone.

It caused massive embarrassment to the Minister. He was bound to say that in next 15 days power cut problems will be solved. 

Now a days across Tripura power cut problems have hit the people, generated mass resentment.

In Sabroom, the situation is very critical and the local MLAs are facing public questions due to the level of power cut.
