AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 7 (TIWN): A case was registered at Mandai Police station against one IPFT MLA in Tripura for raping a girl. Allegation raised, that IPFT MLA Dhananjoy Tripura has raped the girl in fake promise of marriage.

Then the MLA filed in High Court demanding bail, but High Court rejected the plea.

But with all these IPFT party’s image was damaging but IPFT chief, Tripura Minister NC Debbarma delivered a good news on yesterday that both of them are already married in papers since Thursday and with all formalities, she will become his wife. NC Debbarma also said the girl will withdraw the case filed against him. 

Earlier, the victim alleged that for long two years the MLA has raped the victim.

However, the lady has given a message to the victim-girls how to get justice when they are victimized.

IPFT has formed a Govt in Tripura with BJP after 2018 election. The party has 8 MLAs.
