AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 3 (TIWN): Few hours of raining caused massive water-logging in the capital city Agartala on Monday, disrupting vehicle movements and affecting daily lives.
The office-goers were the highest sufferers due to the massive water-logging.
The city has been locked in water-logging, vehicles are immovable, people are unable to move out of homes. Across the city a havoc was created due to the massive water-logging led turmoil in the city.
The BJP Govt has sought 1 year of time from the public to solve the problems. Chief Minister Biplab Deb however has alleged that due to previous CPI-M Govt led unscientific drain construction the present Govt facing hardtimes to solve the problems.
