AGARTALA, May 20 (TIWN): Tripura exit poll results 2019 Lok Sabha: Exit Poll has predicted both seats in Tripura to be won by BJP, whereas on the contrary, locally taken ground report says East Tripura seat will be in CPI-M’s favour and BJP may win West Tripura seat unless a total re-poll is held due to massive rigging and fake vote casting by the BJP.
According to the Times Now-VMR Exit Polls, the Communist Party of India (Marxist), which saw emphatic wins in the two Lok Sabha seats in Tripura, might end up losing the seats to the BJP. The exit poll suggests that the CPIM and other parties will see a steep decline in their vote share from 79.1 per cent in 2014 to 21.03 per cent in 2019. On the other hand, the BJP is projected to win both the seats and is likely to witness an exponential spike in its vote share from 5.7 per cent to 47.67 per cent.
