AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): Amid BJP’s cheaters tall claims about house to house jobs, it has been exposed that only 1377 Govt jobs were given to people of Tripura, whereas before the election it was promised in in 2018-19 at least 50000 Govt jobs will be given.

Only 295 persons have been appointed via TPSC whereas 1082 in other depts in total 1377 Govt jobs were given, says data.

Whereas 50000 Govt jobs were promised to be given in first one year, BJP Govt cancelled all recruitments and also terminated employees from JICA, Forest, Agriculture, Indo-German Project etc.

In last one year 5000 contractual employees have lost jobs.
