AGARTALA, May 1 (TIWN): SSA teachers in Tripura have filed a complaint to ‘National Institute of Open Schooling’ (NIOS) with their ongoing problems regarding results.
In a letter to the Chairman of NIOS Secretary of SSA Association Bastab Debbarma said, “Our Association would like to bring before your kind notice the following issues observed in the results of many contact teachers of SSA-Tripura who have appeared for marks enhancement / qualification examination at the Sr. Secondary level under NIOS in October / November 2018”.
The issues were raised are following :
- Results of many teachers who appeared for D.EI.ED exam are either reflected as result withheld or absent,
- Statuses of candidates who appeared for examination of Bengali subject has been shown as absent,
- Marks of the tutor marks assignment is still pending to be declared,
- As per this examination, some contract teachers have submitted assignments i.e. Tutor Marks Assignment prior to it. However, the status of their TMA is showing as NIL / absent.
“It is solemnly apprised that the matter of attaining the requisite qualification within the frame timeline as per MHRD, GOI instruction being extremely necessary for securing our job as well as livelihood”, said the Association leader.
