AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): Calling PM Modi a ‘Chor-Chowkidar’, Tripura CPI-M MP Jitendra Chaudhury has challenged that voters will unseat the Chowkidar in this upcoming Lok Sabha election.
“Since 5 years with tax-payers money Modi had been visiting across the world promising youths of India will get huge job opportunities. Before the election 2 crores of jobs were guaranteed per year, but today either 2 crores jobs or make-in-India nothing could be done. Why the Modi Govt has failed ?”, said Jitendra Chaudhury asking the Govt to place a report card of 5 years work-status.
The CPI-M MP further hit the Govt on divide and rule policy calling it a communal party made Govt.
Hitting the BJP led State Govt, Jitendra Chaudhury said, from PM Modi to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley all rushed to Tripura with bundles of fake promises, but today people of Tripura are repenting for voting BJP.
Jitendra Chaudhury also raised the issue of unhiked wage, slashed mandays of MGNREGA, massive unemployment problems have gripped the state.
