AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): Insults to the Minister Sudip Barman left Health Dept officials crossed all limits on Friday as before Health Minister’s arrival in a meeting, all women staffs were taken to Pragna Bhawan’s another room to celebrate Women’s day by the Chief Minister.

What happened with Sudip Barman’s programme on Friday ? Before the Ministers’ arrival, few officials came in the meeting room of Barman’s programme and asked all women to join in Women’s Day proramme at another room, which was called by Chief Minister Biplab Deb. Health Dept employees were also told that Health Dept programme was cancelled, whereas Minister Sudip Barman didn’t know anything about the cancellation.

As usual without understanding the intrigue played by Chief Minister’s Dept under rivalry with Sudip Barman, all women staffs rushed to another room where Women’ Day’s programme took place, led by Chief Minister Biplab Deb.

Also to create a confusion a circular was given regarding cancellation of the programme.

Sudip Barman after arriving in the meeting room understood the scenario and managed anyhow saying the next programme will  be conducted on 19^th March.

However, this is not the first time, but Principal Secretary to CM Kumar Alok earlier also did this.

Sudip Barman is the only Minister who gave report card of 6 months and 1 year’s performance.
