AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb after the budget announcement said, now a days people are talking much about Vision Document at every talk.

“I feel good that people are talking about Vision Document, whereas the previous CPI-M Govt didn’t have any Vision Document at all. Their manifestos were only to blame the centre. They had no Vision”.

“Now people are asking us, means we are by-the-people Govt, which is answerable to people”, said Biplab Deb.

Deb further said that for smart phones 14000 youths have been selected at the first layer who will be provided with smart phones and we have kept 5 crores for them.
