Agaratal / New Delhi, Feb 25 (TIWN): Ahead of Lok Sabha election, Congress National President Rahul Gandhi has appointed Tripura’s youth icon, Royal scion Pradyot Manikya as Congress State President replacing Birjit Sinha.

 Ahead of the announcement, Pradyot Manikya was asked by media whether Congress has any internal party issue. In reply, Pradyot Manikya said, “Congress does not have but I think BJP has internal party issues right now”.

Two days before, holding a press conference, Pradyot Manikya and Birjit Sinha said jointly that whoever will be Congress’s president, the party will stay united and fight back BJP’s JUMLA politics.
