AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN): High Court of Tripura have terminated 70 teachers who were recruited in the Left Govt’s regime in 2017.
After two years of special B.Ed, the the Left Front Govt had recruited 70 teachers via TET.
To teach disable students it’s necessary to have special B.Ed but for regular students the special B.Ed certificate is not applicable.
The Left Govt at first didn’t want to allow them in TET but after that many requests came to the Govt and also they filed in High Court as Delhi High Court had allowed the same teachers to sit in TET, claimed the teachers.
Then ahead of election, to avoid media reports, the Left Govt permitted them in sit in TET exam, but Tripura High Court now has terminated them as the recruitment was done by violating the NCTE rules.
