AGARTALA, Feb 14 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President Birjit Sinha on Thursday has warned the State Govt that in coming days if the barrage of Dumboor damages due to any reason or earthquake then the Govt will be responsible, as there is no maintenance of the barrage for long.
“There is no maintenance of the Dumboor project park. It’s now taking a dangerous shape. Either maintain it, repair it or remove the barrage forever. In that way, indigenous people’s whose lands have been gripped by water they will get back their lands”, said Birjit Sinha.
