AGARTALA, Feb 7 (TIWN): CPI-M has protested against the Union Budget 2019 of Modi Govt.
A massive protest rally was organized here in Agartala from Melarmath by CPI-M activists raising slogan of ‘Jumla-Budget by Modi-not accepted’.
Addressing media, CPI-M leader Pabitra Kar said, this budget is anti-people budget and a JUMLA-budget.
“There is no talk about 100 days MGNREGA work, nothing for unemployed youths. We oppose the budget”, said Pabitra Kar.
CPI-M further demanded loan waiver for the farmers.
