The incident took place at Kumarghat. It has been known for medical help the Daipayan Chakraborty went to various leaders’ homes.

Dipayan Chakraborty’s daughter was taken to Vellore’s hospital but the bills continued mounting up. The hospital authority continued to pressure up the family for money.

He came to Tripura, sought help from door to door to save her daughter, but nobody helped.

Out of frustration he committed suicide.

The country which claims as one of the best countries, dreams for new India but unfortunately has failed to provide free medical service to patients and this is the situation across Tripura also, where thousands die due to lack of treatment.
