AGARTALA, Feb 4 (TIWN): Ignoring all official rules & ethics, BJP General Secretary misusing State Govt Helicopter to attend political party meetings across Tripura.

A party programme was organized at Dhalai District today but Biplab Deb like his many more visits has carried his unofficial mentor Pratima Bhowmik on the chopper, whereas he never took the other General Secretary of BJP Rajib Bhattacharjee with him.

This was however party activity with taxpayers money which BJP has been managing from taxes, VAT, pending various wages and in other means (just like Ambasa mandal-leader Lantu Saha’s hafta collection episode was exposed), but it came in media report that BJP General Secretary used chopper with Chief Minister Biplab Deb in Govt programmes also.

Pratima Bhowmik, who has high political ambition wanted to be the Chief Minister of Tripura but lost with former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar at her constituency Dhanpur.

At Dhanpur and across Tripura she is allegedly involved in various illegal activities seated as the crime-queen specially ruling the narcotic den. It was none other than BJP MLA Surajit Datta who brought a serious allegation against her for having nexus with drug empire, whereas no statement from the party yet came against Datta’s allegation.

Bhowmik earlier embezzled lakhs from Youth Festival and state Congress through press conference had brought that allegation against her right hand Tapash Ghosh, another drug smuggler.

When state is suffering from massive unemployment, such misuses of taxpayers money are fueling huge resentment against the Govt.
